Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

By adding Skill to a server, using its commands, or using skillfulbot.com, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Discord's rules come first

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including the minimum age.

Acceptable use

Don't use Skill to:

• harass, threaten, spam or raid people or servers;
• break Discord's rules or the law, or share illegal content;
• abuse, overload or try to break the bot, its website or its rate limits;
• get around another server's moderation, or impersonate anyone.

Server admins

Admins choose how the bot is set up in their server and are responsible for actions it takes on their instructions, such as bans, kicks, prunes, role changes and messages it sends. Check previews before confirming large actions.

Virtual items

Coins, XP, levels, items and other in-bot rewards have no real-world value, can't be sold or exchanged for money, and may be reset or changed.

Content

You're responsible for what you post through the bot (tags, embeds, confessions, messages). Content from links you post belongs to its owners. We may remove content or features that break these terms.

Availability

Skill is provided free and "as is". Features can change or stop, and the bot may be offline at times. We aren't liable for lost data, missed messages, or anything that happens because of using or not being able to use the bot, as far as the law allows.

Ending access

We can block a user or server from using Skill if these terms are broken. You can stop using it at any time by removing the bot from your server.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows when. Keeping on using the bot after a change means you accept it.
