FAQ

What the numbers mean and how the dashboard behaves.

Which servers can I see here?
Only servers where Skill is installed and you are the server owner, hold the Administrator permission, or are on the antinuke admin list (bot owners see every server). Manage Server on its own isn't enough. Any other server is invisible, and its address shows "Page not found".
Why are my charts empty or sparse?
Analytics are recorded from the moment tracking was turned on, so there is nothing earlier to show. Counts are daily totals in UTC days: 24 Hours means today so far (UTC), not a rolling 24 hours.
What is an "active server-member"?
A member who sent a message or ran a command in a server during the period. Someone active in two servers counts once in each, so combined totals can be higher than the number of distinct people.
What do Healthy, Setup incomplete and Needs attention mean?
Needs attention means Skill is missing Send Messages or Embed Links in that server. Setup incomplete means two or fewer of the eight tracked modules (Moderation, AutoMod, Logging, Welcome, Antinuke, Antiraid, Starboard, Leveling) are on. Anything else is Healthy.
Can I change settings from the dashboard?
Yes, for many modules: tickets, automod & anti-raid, levels, giveaways, welcome & goodbye, logging, antinuke, staff and reaction roles. Server owners and Administrators can make changes; every change is listed under Recent dashboard changes.
How fresh is the data?
Member counts, setup status and analytics are cached for about 12 seconds to keep pages fast, so a change in Discord can take that long to appear. Refresh reloads the page.
Why am I asked to log in again?
Dashboard sessions last 12 hours.
Why are Instagram follower counts missing?
Instagram does not offer a free public lookup API. Skill uses best-effort public data; full stats like large bots need paid data sources and are marked coming soon.
