;ban
Ban a user by mention, ID, username, or nickname (partial names work too), works even if they've already left or were never in this server (a "hackban"). Warns first if a current member is boosting the server, so a boost never gets pulled out from under a server by accident.

Time out a member persistently. If it's removed early by anything other than ;unhardtimeout, the remaining duration is automatically reapplied.
